Support for Parents

Parents play a vital role in education. When parents are engaged and involved, everyone benefits – students, parents, families, teachers, schools and communities, this enables Evolve Academy to be an enriched positive place to teach, learn and grow.

Our aim at Evolve Academy is to engage with parents and families creating caring and trusting relationships. Together we can identify any barriers then using key strategies and personalised interventions we can proactively begin to break down such barriers.

If you are experiencing any concerns at home with your child we have a pupil and family engagement officer that you may want to get in touch with.

The role of pupil and family engagement officer is primarily focused on working to improve and maintain pupil attendance for pupils who are persistently absent, delivering interventions and initiating strategies to improve pupil and family engagement with school.

Below find websites that also provide high quality information for parents and carers about support their children with any Safeguarding concerns. Should you have any more questions please feel free to contact the school.
